December 1, 2015…   Glen Cove’s Youth Bureau is excited to announce that Santa and his crafty “elves” will be stopping by City Hall Main Chambers Friday, December 18, 2015.  Children from infancy to age 10, along with their families, are invited to attend this annual Milk and Cookies event.  Festive cheer is sure to fill the air as children and their families enjoy cookies, milk, and a photo opportunity with Santa.  “There is nothing that puts me in the holiday spirit more than enjoying Milk and Cookies with the jolly man himself,” Mayor Spinello said.  “This is a classic holiday event for our children and I’m proud to host it here in City Hall.”  Last year over 188 children from Glen Cove participated in the event and reservations are required. 

Two sessions are available, 6:15 p.m. – 7 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. – 8 p.m.  Reservations are required and may be made by calling Sandra Potter at 516-671-4600 beginning December 1st.  Space is limited so don’t miss out!
