May 19, 2015… Due to the upcoming Memorial Day weekend the City of Glen Cove has announced their holiday garbage collection schedule. The scheduled changes for the week of May 25, 2015 are as follows:

• Garbage and Recycling pick-up normally scheduled for Monday, May 25, 2015 will take place on Tuesday, May 26, 2015

• Garbage and Recycling pick-up normally scheduled for Tuesday, May 26, 2015 will take place on Wednesday, May 27, 2015.

• Cardboard, Yard Waste, and Metal pick-up will not take place the week of May 25, 2015, but will resume the following Wednesday on June 3, 2015.
