Glen Cove Mayor Reginald Spinello administered the oath of office to Councilman Joseph Capobianco during the Dec. 23, 2014 City Council meeting. Councilman Capobianco was congratulated and welcomed by his colleagues. Mayor Spinello said he looked forward to working with the City’s newest councilman as they work to move Glen Cove forward.
