Mayor Reginald Spinello and the City Council recognized former City employees Susan Chiclacos, Joan D’Ambrosio, Carol Kasyjanski and Linda VanVelsor (represented by her grandson) at the City Council meeting earlier this month. They are retiring from their respective position—finance, payroll, public works, and assessment—in Glen Cove City Hall, having served Glen Cove residents for up to three decades. On behalf of the City’s residents, Mayor Spinello congratulated the retirees and applauded them for exemplary service.
