The City of Glen Cove is continuing the exploratory phase for the potential reuse of the Coles School and it surrounding property. Glen Cove will be inviting proposals, known as Expressions of Interest (EOI), for the redevelopment of the site, keeping in mind the City wants to preserve the architectural integrity of the school building through adaptive reuse. In addition, the City would like to bring the long vacant, surrounding property to active use.
