Mayor Reginald A. Spinello delivered the oath of office to the Glen Cove Rotary Club’s incoming executive board. They are: Jacquelyn Yonick, treasurer; Glenn Howard, secretary; Paul Beeber, president; and Vicki Greenberg, vice president.
