Mayor Spinello and Grand Marshal John O’Connell Ready for Parade
Glen Cove St. Patrick’s Day Parade is March 23, 1 p.m.
This year’s City of Glen Cove St. Patrick’s Day Parade is Sunday, March 23, at 1 p.m. Joining the Ancient Order of Hibernians Mike Moran Division 8 members will be Mayor Reginald Spinello, the Glen Cove City Council, elected officials, and marchers representing our City’s myriad fraternal and service organizations. The parade’s Grand Marshal is John O’Connell who will march with Aides: Ann Kelly, Mary Jo Walsh, Michael Byrne, and Ryan Dougherty
Come hear the skirl of the pipes and celebrate Glen Cove’s proud Irish heritage. Follow the shamrocks along the parade route which begins at Finley Middle School and continues along School Street, to Glen Street, passed the reviewing stand on Glen Street near Danis Island. The parade ends at the Church of St. Patrick on Pearsall Avenue.
